Job summary

Brighton Bay Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in a SNF setting. This PRN role works within Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider, delivering care in a dedicated therapy gym and contributing to residents’ functional gains.

The position emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, realistic caseloads, and opportunities in a modern rehab facility with advanced equipment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
