Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing facility team in Lecanto, FL. You will provide skilled PTA services inside the dedicated therapy gym, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve residents' safety and independence.

The position offers a full-time schedule with competitive pay and benefits, including modern rehab facilities and supportive leadership. Florida license active or eligible is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
