Lacey Post Acute & Rehab, a 120-bed skilled nursing facility in Lacey, WA, is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. You will contribute to high-quality patient care in a dynamic SNF setting and collaborate with skilled professionals to deliver exceptional therapy services.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited PTA program, licensed in your state, with customer-service excellence and prior SNF experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).
• Licensed in-state as a Physical Therapist Assistant, license in good standing.
