Relient Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Itasca, TX. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative team dedicated to helping patients regain independence.
New grads are welcome, with ongoing mentorship and opportunities for career growth in a stable, patient-focused rehab department.
Competenze
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current TX license or eligibility to obtain one.
- New grads welcome; both new and experienced PTAs.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Mansioni
- Provide skilled therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
- Foster strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff.
- Promote patient independence and mobility.
