Job summary

Relient Health seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Cumming, GA. You will provide therapy services under a licensed PT and contribute to patient-centered care in a collaborative rehab team.

New grads welcome, compensation around $37-41 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and potential relocation or sign-on opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• GA license (or eligibility to obtain) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Foster strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff.
• Promote patient independence and mobility.
