Relient Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Garrison, TX. This full-time, direct-hire role offers a collaborative rehab team, modern equipment, and opportunities for professional growth.

New grads welcome! The facility provides comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and continuing education support. Schedule is Monday–Friday in a SNF setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current TX license (or eligibility to obtain).
• New grads and experienced PTAs welcome!
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide therapy under the direction of a licensed PT.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress in EMR.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff.
