Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Sarasota, Florida. You will work inside dedicated therapy gyms at The Springs at Lake Pointe Woods, Palmer Ranch Health and Rehabilitation Center, and Hawthorne Health and Rehabilitation Center – Sarasota.

PRN position with increased rates when medical benefits are waived.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Support residents in regaining function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.
