Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Solaris HealthCare Bayonet Point in Hudson, FL. We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to deliver skilled services in a SNF, improving residents’ function and safety within a dedicated therapy gym.

This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay ($28–$38/hr) based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with match, PTO, and medical/dental/vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
