Job summary

Brighton Bay Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join Step Up Rehab in a SNF setting. You will work within a dedicated therapy gym providing skilled PTA services to residents.

This PRN position offers increased rates when medical benefits are waived and supports clinicians with manageable caseloads, modern rehab facilities and a positive culture focused on quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Florida as a PTA or eligible for licensure.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Net Health documentation is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA therapy services to SNF residents.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
