Job summary

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Brighton Bay Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Florida, seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for PRN coverage in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will provide skilled PTA services in a dedicated therapy gym and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safety, independence, and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Education
