Mercer Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation is hiring a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver compassionate, effective rehab care at a top-tier skilled nursing facility.

As a PTA, you will implement treatment plans designed by licensed Physical Therapists, guide residents through exercises, gait training, and activities, while documenting progress and communicating changes to the supervising PT for safety and optimal results.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA with current state license.
• Ability to work under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed by licensed Physical Therapists.
• Guide residents through targeted exercises, mobility training, balance work, and activities.
• Observe, document progress and communicate changes to supervising PT, adjusting sessions for safety.
