Job summary

Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Solaris HealthCare Pensacola, is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) licensed in Florida to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. The role focuses on delivering skilled PTA services to residents within a dedicated therapy gym.

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly pay range ($28–$38) based on experience, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.

Education
