Step Up Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in Solaris HealthCare Pensacola, a SNF. You’ll work with residents to improve safety, independence, and function under the interdisciplinary team.

The role requires a Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) and a graduate of an accredited PTA program. We offer a strong benefits package, competitive hourly pay, sign-on bonus, and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PTA program
• Active Florida PTA license or license-eligible
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred
• Net Health knowledge preferred

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a SNF
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient progress toward goals
• Deliver compassionate care within a busy rehab gym setting
