Solaris HealthCare Pensacola is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Step Up Rehab team inside the skilled nursing facility. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage and a $3,000 sign-on bonus, with scheduling flexibility and comprehensive benefits.

The PTA will provide skilled therapy services, work within a dedicated therapy gym, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
