Qualifications

• Licensed as Physical Therapy Assistant in Florida
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapist in patient rehabilitation and therapy planning
• Participate in patient assessment and progress documentation
• Administer treatment plans and manual exercises under supervision
• Assist patients with daily living activities and mobility training
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and wellness strategies
• Utilize and maintain therapy equipment and devices
• Monitor patient responses and report changes to the supervising therapist
• Support overall patient care and safety within the facility
