Job summary

Step Up Tampa is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join its in-house therapy team serving residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility. This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a supportive environment.

You will provide skilled PTA services, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and help residents regain function and independence. Florida PTA license required; SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Education
