Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled services in a Skilled Nursing Facility, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents' safety and independence.

Eligible candidates are licensed PTAs in Florida, with SNF or post-acute experience preferred. This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.
