Job summary

Carolina Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in a skilled nursing setting. In this role, you will provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to both post-acute and long-term care patients, helping them improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

The role offers flexible scheduling with hours from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, a supportive interdisciplinary team, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives

Qualifications

• Valid NC PTA license.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to post-acute and long-term care patients.
• Accurately document patient progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Provide care to both post-acute and long-term care residents.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including therapists and restorative staff.
• Support a patient-centered environment focused on outcomes and quality care.
