Murphy Rehab & Nursing in Murphy, NC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team. You will work closely with licensed therapists to deliver high-quality patient care in post-acute and long-term settings.

The role offers flexible scheduling (6:00 AM–8:00 PM, 7 days) with full-time, part-time, and weekend PRN opportunities. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active NC PTA license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing setting preferred.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including therapists and nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapies under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Deliver patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and restorative staff.
• Support patients in achieving functional goals and improving quality of life.
