Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinical team. The PTA will carry out skilled treatment programs under a licensed Physical Therapist and document patient activities and charges with medical terminology.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a PTA or PT program accredited by CAPTE.
• Current valid State license/registration and CPR certification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for the majority of a shift.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Document patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
• Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
