Talent With Heart is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinical team in Casa Grande, AZ. The PTA will assist licensed therapists with patient care, documentation, and compliant practice, while supporting families and staff in a respectful environment.

The role includes competitive compensation, sign-on bonuses or student loan assistance, CE reimbursement, and eligibility for work authorizations and sponsorships. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• Current valid State license/registration and CPR certification.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently and stand/walk for the majority of a shift.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and active listening skills.

Responsabilités

• Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
• Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
