Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed PT
• Treat residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care
• Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional performance

• Educate caregivers and residents and collaborate with nursing and other teams
• Identify changes in function warranting additional clinical assessment
