Job summary
Henderson Group seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Casa Grande, AZ to join our clinical team. You will carry out skilled treatment programs under a licensed Physical Therapist, while documenting patient activities and maintaining clear communication with patients and staff.

Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
- Current valid State license/registration and CPR certification.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for the majority of a shift.
- Strong teamwork, time management, and active listening skills.
Responsibilities
- Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
- Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
