Job summary

Driftwood Healthcare Center-Hayward is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). You will administer treatments under an established plan of care to support residents’ mobility and daily functioning.

We offer a salary range of $85,280–$104,000, a sign-on bonus, PTO, and referral bonuses. One year of clinical experience and a California PTA license are preferred for practice in this state.

Qualifications

• CA PTA license is required to practice in California.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers treatment to patients with problems related to neuromuscular and musculoskeletal systems.
• Administers tests and measurements for muscle strength, coordination, range of motion, and respiratory and circulatory efficiency.
• Provides direct clinical treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• May participate with home assessments to ensure safe discharge with PT/OT as needed.
• Completes required forms and documents per company policy and regulations.
