Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients in the home health setting in Sweetwater, Texas. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility and daily living through therapeutic modalities.

Responsibilities include delivering skilled PTA services, maintaining patient progress notes, and collaborating with a care team to optimize outcomes while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
