Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Texas home-based care team. You will treat patients, support mobility, and help individuals maintain independence in daily activities under supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Preferred candidates hold a current PTA license, a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, and will benefit from a $2,500 sign-on bonus plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation, kept in good working conditions.
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.
