Responsibilities

• Provide support care of residents who seek short-term/transitional care with the goal to recover and rehabilitate.
• Assist in providing appropriate aspects of quality patient care, under the supervision of licensed therapists.
• Document all services provided to ensure accurate and timely billing of therapy services.
• Ensure patient care follows the established Plan of Care and organization guidelines, and complies with Federal and State guidelines.
• Under supervision, identify and develop a comprehensive plan of care; implement individualized therapy programs.
• Identify need for and refer to other disciplines to address patient needs under supervision.
• Other duties may be assigned at any time.
