Job summary

Domnovate is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant in Concord, New Hampshire for a permanent, on-site role. You will implement plans from the supervising therapist, support mobility and daily activities, and document progress with a patient-centered focus.

You will collaborate with the rehab team to ensure coordinated care, adhere to safety standards, and help patients and caregivers participate in therapeutic activities.

Qualifications

• NH PTA licensure or eligibility with licensure completed before practice.
• Accredited PTA education program and clinical qualifications.
• Sound clinical reasoning, clear communication and patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment established by the supervising physical therapist and support mobility and functional goals.
• Provide planned therapeutic exercise, gait and balance activities and other interventions within scope.
• Observe response, document progress and communicate changes to supervising PT.
• Explain techniques clearly and help patients and caregivers participate safely.
• Collaborate with rehab and care team to connect treatment goals with daily activities.
• Document interventions, observations and progress accurately and promptly.
