The Orchards at Three Rivers is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Michigan to join our comprehensive rehabilitation team. You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to provide quality therapy services to residents.

Responsibilities include assisting therapists, conducting assessments, educating families, and maintaining accurate EMR documentation. Competitive full-time pay with a supportive environment and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Associate degree required; Michigan PTA license active.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Current PTA certification and Michigan licensure required.

Mansioni

• Assist Physical Therapists with patient care and treatment plans.
• Conduct patient assessments of function, ROM, strength, and mobility.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress.
• Document patient information and progress in EMR.
