Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in New Jersey

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic exercises, modalities, and functional training under supervision
• Monitor and document patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist
• Educate patients on exercises and home programs to promote adherence and recovery
• Coordinate with occupational and speech therapists for integrated care
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records per state regulations
