Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in a Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care setting in New Jersey. The role reports to a supervising Physical Therapist and participates in patient evaluations, treatment planning, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
