Job summary

Marietta Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehab team. You will provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, assist residents in mobility goals, and accurately document sessions.

The ideal candidate holds an active Georgia PTA license and certification, with 1 year of rehab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in the state of Georgia.
• Certificate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Passion for patient-centered care and helping others.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist residents in achieving mobility and rehabilitation goals.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans with accuracy and empathy.
• Foster a positive, motivating environment for residents and families.
