Job summary

Rehab Advisors in Woodstock, GA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a client’s in-house therapy program. The role offers flexible scheduling and part-time hours within a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.

You will work under the supervision of a licensed PT, coordinate evaluations and referrals, maintain documentation to regulatory standards, and collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
