Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current PTA licensure in Pennsylvania
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to ethical care and professionalism
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist in evaluating residents and contribute to developing individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and function
- Document services provided and collaborate with the care team to ensure resident progress
- Support residents in achieving rehabilitation and recovery goals
- Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
