Job summary

Universal Technical Institute, Inc. is seeking a Program Director for the Physical Therapist Assistant program on site in Houston, TX.

You will shape the team, student experience, and campus operations from day one, bringing your clinical leadership to a growing healthcare education program. The role oversees program organization, planning, development, accreditation standards, and coordination of instructional staff across academic and clinical education, ensuring student success and alignment

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Current license to practice in the program’s jurisdiction.
• At least five years of full-time experience after licensure, including at least three years of full-time clinical practice.
• Didactic and/or clinical teaching experience and administration experience.
• Experience with educational theory, teaching methods, instructional design, student evaluation, and outcomes assessment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
