Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) PRN for the Kindred Hospital - San Francisco Bay Area facility. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to restore function and improve mobility.

Your responsibilities include administering PT interventions, assisting patients with mobility and exercises, monitoring responses, documenting progress, and maintaining a safe treatment environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from a PTA program is required or preferred.
• Rehab or acute care experience preferred.
• Current PTA license in state of practice.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with mobility and exercise routines to restore function and improve mobility.
• Monitor patient responses and report progress to the supervising PT.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and progress.
• Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
