Job summary

Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients in our rehabilitation programs at Woodlands at Hamptonwoods, Poland, OH, with an additional role in Austintown, OH.

You will implement treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, monitor progress, and help patients reach their rehab goals in a supportive, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, modalities, and activities to assist in their recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any significant changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Encourage and motivate patients to meet their rehabilitation goals while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
