Job summary

Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work PRN at Woodlands at Hamptonwoods in Poland, OH. You will implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength and function, and guide patients through therapeutic exercises under supervision.

You will monitor progress, document changes, and communicate results.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Ohio.
• Experience supporting rehabilitation plans under PT supervision.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, modalities, and activities to assist in their recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any significant changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Encourage and motivate patients to meet their rehabilitation goals while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
