Sternrehab in Worcester, MA is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. You will help residents improve mobility, strength, and independence, with flexible scheduling to fit your availability.

Responsibilities include delivering treatments under a PT's supervision, guiding exercises, gait and balance activities, and documenting progress.

Formación

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant license required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our rehabilitation team in Worcester. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to help residents improve mobility, strength, and functional independence in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, transfer training, and mobility programs
