Job summary

Colonial Vista Post Acute in Wenatchee, WA is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for full-time or PRN roles. Pay ranges from $30–$40 per hour for full-time and $35–$45 per hour for PRN, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Current Washington PTA license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• A positive, encouraging attitude and great people skills.
• Skilled nursing or rehab experience is a plus, and new grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans set by the physical therapist.
• Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility and walking.
• Teach residents and families exercises and safe ways to move.
• Track progress and let the PT know how residents are responding.
• Keep clear, accurate documentation.
• Work with nursing and the care team to support each resident’s recovery.
