Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Naples SNF facility. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to make a meaningful impact in patient care within a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within this SNF to help residents regain function and independence through skilled care.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
