Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for our Naples SNF. The role provides skilled PTA services in a Skilled Nursing Facility, with a flexible schedule and opportunities to contribute to resident function and quality of life.

Qualified candidates hold an accredited PTA program degree, Florida PTA license (or eligibility), and SNF or post-acute experience is preferred. Knowledge of Net Health is a plus.

Qualifications

• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA therapy services to residents in a SNF.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
