Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for our Naples SNF facility. This role offers a flexible schedule designed to maintain work-life balance while delivering high-quality care to residents.

Licensed Florida PTAs or license-eligible candidates are encouraged to apply. Experience in SNF or post-acute settings is preferred. Solaris HealthCare North Naples hosts the in-house therapy team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Education

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
