Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Naples facility. You will provide skilled PTA services in a SNF setting, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve function and safety for residents.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited PTA program with active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) and SNF or post-acute experience preferred. Solaris HealthCare Imperial Naples hosts the role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required. SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
