Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Imperial (Naples) is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services in a SNF setting. You will work within the in-house Step Up Rehab team to support residents in regaining function and independence.

The position requires graduation from an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license (or eligibility). SNF/post-acute experience and Net Health documentation knowledge are preferred, with a flexible PRN schedule in Naples, FL.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
• Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within the SNF.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
