Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Madison Health and Rehabilitation Center. We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in a Skilled Nursing Facility, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence.

This PRN position offers competitive pay, daily pay options, and a supportive leadership culture. Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited PTA program with an active Florida PTA license

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred

PRN POSITION **Increased rates when medical benefits are waived.**

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
