Step Up Rehab is offering a PRN PTA role at Solaris HealthCare Plant City, working inside the therapy gym of a Skilled Nursing Facility to help residents regain function and independence.

We support clinicians with realistic caseloads, modern rehab gyms, and a leadership team that values quality care. Florida PTA license required (or license-eligible); SNF/post-acute experience preferred.

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
