Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Plant City, Florida. The role offers a flexible schedule and is ideal for maintaining work-life balance while delivering skilled care to residents.

You will work within Solaris HealthCare Plant City as the in-house therapy provider, joining a team that emphasizes quality care and clinician well-being. A Florida PTA license is required or eligible, with SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
