Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the team at Solaris HealthCare Plant City, working in a skilled nursing facility. You’ll provide PTA services to residents, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and help patients regain function and independence in a supportive environment.

Ideal candidates are licensed in Florida as a PTA and have SNF or post-acute experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program with appropriate licensure.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a SNF.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Manage documentation and patient progress using Net Health.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
