Job summary

Trinity Rehab in Albemarle, NC seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team on a PRN basis. You will support mobility, independence, and quality of life for residents in a collaborative SNF environment.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, guiding exercises, documenting progress, and educating patients and caregivers. North Carolina licensure required; SNF rehab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of North Carolina.
• SNF rehab setting experience preferred.

Trinity Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Albemarle, NC on a PRN basis. Position Overview

A Physical Therapist Assistant helps injured or ill individuals improve movement, manage pain, and restore physical function. PTs are movement experts who evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and guide them through therapeutic exercises and interventions to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
